Wreck Diver – a real underwater adventure

For many divers, wreck diving as well as deep diving is often the course that is at the top of their list of goals. Ultimately, there is nothing wrong with this, because many wrecks, whether sunk for recreational divers or sunken ships, are often only found at depth.

Wreck diving is a highlight for many recreational divers and has a very special appeal. Wrecks are particularly interesting when there is also something exciting to tell about their history. But wrecks have their own peculiarities and should therefore not be dived just like that. And if you really enjoy wreck diving, you can deepen and consolidate your knowledge in the Wreck Diver Advanced course.

We usually find many wrecks a little bit deeper. Therefore, it makes sense to have the necessary knowledge about deep diving. You can combine this course with the Specialty Deep Diver and save 30% of the total course price.

Your practical diving training includes:

• Planning, organisation, procedures, techniques, problems and dangers of wreck diving
• Navigation on the wreck
• Preparation and use of lights, air supplies
• Special equipment, lines and pulleys for wreck diving
• Techniques for diving in limited visibility and emergency procedures

You will need two days at the dive site to complete your course, you can read up on the background knowledge at your leisure in our e-learning portal.

To participate in the course, you must be 16 years old (minors require parental consent), present the PADI AOWD or equivalent, have a diving medical certificate or fill out a current health questionnaire on site.

You will need to bring a full diving equipment, buoy, dive computer (or watch depth gauge) and compass. Any missing equipment can be hired from us for the duration of the course. Tanks and weights are included.
