Our specialist UW Photography course is an introduction to underwater photography with a focus on using your own camera.

The UW Photography course will help you develop the knowledge, skills and practical techniques you need to take great photos with your camera from your first dive. Snorkellers are also welcome to join this course!

This PADI Digital Underwater Photographer course teaches the basics of taking good photos the easy way – even if you’ve never used a UW camera before.

In two practical dives (snorkel dive with snorkellers) we try to put the theoretical knowledge into practice. In the subsequent final discussion, we look at the results, analyse any mistakes that have occurred and try to get a few more souvenir photos with a few small corrections on the computer.

You will need a minimum a full day at the dive site to complete your course, you can read up on the background knowledge at your leisure in our e-learning portal.

You will need to bring a full diving kit, buoy, dive computer (or watch depth gauge) and compass. Any missing equipment can be hired from us for the duration of the course. Tanks and weights are included.
