Fin Kick Techniques

Have you already gained some experience as a diver or would you like to progress to a higher level, tec diving or cave diving, but your fin kick techniques need improvement?

In this fin kick techniques course you will learn the frog and back kick, helicopter turn and other fin kick options in a safe environment.

Course price 199 Euro

In two open water dives you will learn the basic techniques of fin kicking with your full equipment with our Tec Instructor. If necessary, we will also give you a few pointers on your configured equipment to help you achieve the desired success.

Our Fins + Kick workshop can be credited towards the PADI Tec 40 or IDA/CMAS TEC Fundamental course once you have successfully completed the skills. Ask your instructor about this option if you are interested.

It is recommended that you have the full Tec equipment, i.e. wing jacket and double tank, for this course, but you can also attend with your existing equipment. If you have never dived with a wing jacket and double tank, you are welcome to add a third dive (+ 100 euros incl. wing jacket, double tank, regulators) and do an introductory dive with the „new“ equipment first.

You will need a minimum a full day at the dive site to complete your course, you can read up on the background knowledge at your leisure in our e-learning portal.

You will need to bring a full diving kit, buoy, dive computer (or watch depth gauge) and compass. Any missing equipment can be hired from us for the duration of the course. Tanks and weights are included. To participate in this course you must be at least 16 years old and have at least an AOWD certification.
